Harry Potter Monopoly – #Harry #Monopoly #Potter
So many things in life require endurance and time. Sometimes we let go of some hopes or dreams because it is not realistic, while there are others that are worth sticking with. The will and need to continue becomes part of your personality, but if you are not born with this, how do you train your brain not to give up.
As a child, we just want the simple way or the quick way to be the only and better way. Some parents facilitate their children so that they do not learn to wait for something they want, which means that they do not learn to be patient. Once grown and in the real world, they bump into people's heads because patience is not their strong point.
As an adult, you can train your brain to keep going the other way. It is not easy but it is possible. First, you need to think about doing this. It must be a priority to not give up on a particular dream. Tell yourself every day that you will not give up and that you will continue no matter what happens.
Surround yourself with positive people who support you and avoid anyone who says it is impossible. These negative people can change their minds and what you need to do most is to have a clear focus on the goal.
Write down your goal or create a dream board with pictures to illustrate what you hope for. Watch it every day and remind yourself why you are patient.
Do your research and find out how you can achieve your dream. A dream is only a dream if it is not supported by a plan. Measures are a big part of not giving up. Implement your plan using a step by step strategy. When you can tick off a step after it finishes, you feel a sense of accomplishment. This will lead you one step closer to your goal.
If your goal is to have a baby and you find out that infertility is a reality, it doesn't mean you should give up at that time. See a fertility doctor, find out what causes infertility and think about fertility treatment options. Write down the plan, strategy and goal. Then be patient. This is important. It takes time to reach your goal, but don't give up.
